As we already know, the UK is leaving the EU on 01.01.2021 with no further extension or transition period possible.
That means major changes for our EU customers in the first place. No VAT will be charged, but the customers might need to pay local taxes or custom fees. As there is still a chance of reaching a deal between the UK and the EU, everything might change.
To ensure minimal disruption for us and our customers, we have to stop confirming orders from the outside of the UK on Monday 30.11.2020. All the parts can only be pre-ordered with delivery in January 2021. We will not accept any pre-payments as well. Each customer will have to decide after the New Year if he/she wants to keep the order or cancel it with no costs. There are no changes to the UK-based customers. However, due to the low stock levels, we can promise that only parts from the stock will be delivered in December 2020.
All the orders already accepted will be shipped before 23.12.2020 to avoid potential problems.
We will not be able to accept any urgent orders till the end of this year.
We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure that all orders heading to the EU will be processed as efficiently as possible, and we will keep everyone up to date in case of any changes or new information!
